  • FOUNDATION & STRUCTURE

Earthquake resistant RCC framed structure shall be designed and built. The structure shall be built with TMT steel and ready-mix concrete of reputed manufacturers.

  • BRICKWORK & PLASTERING

Traditional red brick work in 6" thick for external walls and AAC blocks in 4" thick for internal walls.

External walls shall be plastered in double coat with cement mortar as per standard mix. The internal partition walls shall be finished with gypsum.

Good quality Teak wood frame, flush shutter finished with melamine polish and SS Matt finish hardware.
